Fees & terms
What membership costs
IMSSM publishes every charge in advance. Nothing is deducted from your cooperative account without your instruction.
Registration fee
₦5,000
One-off payment made during registration. Your membership is verified after payment is confirmed. IMSSM does not charge a recurring renewal fee.
Loan interest
1.5% per month
Charged on the reducing balance, so interest falls as you repay. Your full schedule is shown before disbursement.
Loan eligibility
From 30 days
Under current IMSSM policy you may apply about one month after your membership is verified. Applying is not approval — every request is assessed.
Fees and loan terms are set by IMSSM and may be reviewed. Members are notified of any change before it takes effect.
